How Do I Know My Order Has Been Placed?

What should I do if my payment is debited but I don’t receive order details?
If your payment has been debited but you haven’t received an order confirmation, please email us with your transaction details. Our team will review the issue and assist you promptly.
Is there any extra charge for ‘cash on delivery’ (COD) orders?
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no hidden charges at any stage of the checkout process.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order directly through our website.
