Return and Exchange Condition

Our transparent return and exchange offer follows a simple method.

• Mr. Vastra offers a 7-day return or exchange for all products from the date of delivery.
• The product must be in its original, unwashed, unused, and undamaged condition to be eligible for exchange or return.
• We do not accept returns on shorts under any circumstances.

Note:

We don’t provide exchange of different color products. However, if customer is ready to bear shipping fee, in that case we can offer an exchange of colour depending on the availability.

Reverse pickup by our courier

• Free reverse pickup by our courier is available for the first exchange only
• Upon verification of your return or exchange request by our support team, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours.
• Our courier partner will collect the product within 1-2 business days.
• The refund or exchange process will commence on the same day after the product is collected by our courier partner.
• Second exchange should be done using Indian Post by the customer and courier charge has to be borne by the customer

While returning the product, make sure the packaging is kept intact.

P.S: The courier may decline pickup if the original tag is missing or if the item shows signs of wear, washing, stinky smell (odour or perfume) or soiling.

Self-Ship Process

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the product back to us via well-known courier in your area

• Please ensure secure packaging to prevent transit damage. Items must be unused with all original tags attached.

Within 2-3 working days, we will refund Rs. 100 to your account as a courier charge.

P.S: If the original tag is missing or if the item shows signs of wear, washing, stinky smell (odour or perfume) or soiling, we may not consider the refund or exchange
